On Site Banking:
Cretin Homes knows that in today's economy, that
financing can be a difficult part of the home building process. Therefore we offer financing from five major local lending institutions. An appointment to meet with one of these institutions can be made with the assistance of one of our sales specialists. This will ensure you are working with a lending institution of the highest quality and with the fairest rates
In House Drafting:
Cretin Homes has an experienced on-site drafting department that works hand in hand with the areas best engineers to ensure your home is designed according to Cretin Homes
exacting level of quality . This results in a higher quality standard and less turn around time compared to hiring an outside firm.
In House Design Center:
Gone are the days of running all around town wasting
time and gas on picking out the products for your new home. Cretin Homes has an in house design center to pick all of the products and colors for your new home. With the assistance of one of our staff, we have made this dreaded event into a pleasurable one!
Sales to Construction:
Once all of the design work and product selection is done, now it’s time to get ready to build! One of our experienced processors will guide you through the process of getting ready to build. They will guide you through issues on surveys, land preparation, banking, or whatever other need arises.
Preconstruction Meeting:
Once you are ready for construction, you will be invited to have a one on one meeting with your personal builder who will do a through review of your plans and file and make sure everyone is on the same page.
Personal Builder:
Your new home construction will be handled by one of our experienced builders. He will be in charge of scheduling all work done on your home and will guide you through your home building experience.
Warranty:
If the need ever arises for warranty, we have a dedicated warranty department that will coordinate along with your personal builder to handle the situation. You will be given all the contact information upon completion of your home.
